Did you ever want to live out in the suburb, but still have all the perks of a city, downtown life style?  Well, that is what Caballo Ranch gives you.

Caballo is in Cedar Park, Texas, approximately twenty (20) miles north of downtown Austin.  The neighborhood is anchored by two creeks:  Brushy Creek and Blockhouse Creek; and two ponds: north pond and south pond.  The ponds allow one to catch and release, making the community environmentally friendly.  The community is also lined with trails, greenbelt, beautiful matured trees, elephant ears and more native plants.  The residents can enjoy a community swimming pool, park and picnic benches along the way.  You can also take your furbabies along the way to the trails and green space since the community is pet-friendly.

With an estimated 424 homes, Caballo Ranch, is a small community, but it still allows the residents for more privacy due to the lot sizes and the gap between each neighbor.  The homes are built on 60’ or 70’ lots with some depth as long as 150’.  There are limited lots on the greenbelt side since these homes are sectioned off to neighbor the trail, creek, or the ponds, allowing its residents to enjoy nature all together.  But, do not discount the non-trail or greenbelt side since most of these lots will afford the larger lots, allowing its homeowners to build an outdoor canvas for swimming pools, casitas, bbq pit and more.
