Hell or High Water Brewing is a well known brewery and restaurant in downtown Liberty Hill - in the heart of the historic district. What makes them special is their focus on traditional style beers and hand crafted entrees of the go-to pub favorites. They have indoor and outdoor seating which makes it perfect for their live events on most Fridays and Saturdays. 

Dahlia’s Cafe is where you can get yourself a good home cooked meal. They also have indoor and outdoor seating, with a unique vibe that will make you love them! They are known for their Chicken-fried steak & other Southern comfort cuisine. 

Things to Do 


For anyone looking for a quiet place to get away from it all and recharge, Tejas Park Trailhead will quickly become a favorite hideaway. The park is located on the south bank of the North San Gabriel River between Georgetown and Liberty Hill. It has a 10-mile trail that runs through it, making it an excellent way to exercise and enjoy the outdoors. The on-site campgrounds are also some of the best in the area.

The Liberty Hill Fair and Rodeo is held every April, and it's one of the best ways to experience the small-town vibe of this Texas town. The fair features barrel races, carnival rides, a Mutton Bustin' competition, and more.

Visit Main Street in downtown Liberty Hill and experience the Whimsy and Wonder Festival. Owners of businesses on Main Street have transformed their storefronts into unique art galleries, celebrating local artists and featuring live music. Another must-visit artsy attraction is the Liberty Hill Sculpture Park. This hidden gem was founded in 1976 and currently includes 27 stone models.
